Many have asked what are the things that are my keys to strength and immune-boosting and there are two components to that: What to DO and what to BUY.

Here are some of the things that you can buy and I’ll periodically be adding more things to this as well. Below there’s a list of things you can DO.

  • Take a hot shower TWICE a day

  • Make sure that you’re doing baking soda baths

  • Drink 100 oz of liquid (preferably warm) each day

  • Consume electrolytes on a regular basis throughout your illness and post-illness

  • Change your sheets and if not, flip over your pillow every other day
